Can I set up my mail account in an email program?
Yes, you can create your email account in any standard e-mail program (Outlook, Mail for Mac, Thunderbird, etc.) and manage your e-mails there.
An email account can be used via the IMAP or POP3 protocol, whereby we recommend setting it up via IMAP.

Can I access my emails via the web browser?
Yes, you can access your mailbox at any time via a web browser.
The two webmail programs Roudcube and Horde are available to you in e-mail hosting. You can choose which one you want to use in the settings of your e-mail hosting.

Use your complete e-mail address as the "user name" and the corresponding password for the mailbox.

What is the difference between POP3 and IMAP?
We recommend setting up your email account with IMAP, as this allows you to manage your emails from multiple devices and have the same content on all devices.
