The last step is to update the name servers so that they point to your web hosting with us. You can find the nameservers to be used in the e-mail you received after ordering your hosting from us. If you cannot find this information, you can contact our support team at any time.

After a name server change, it can take up to 24 hours (known as propagation time) for your domain to fully point to the new DNS zone. This time period is based on the default time-to-live (TTL) settings used by DNS servers to determine the frequency of DNS record updates. Normally the TTL is several hours to a day.
To shorten the duration of the name server change, the TTL can be temporarily reduced. A lower TTL means that the DNS cache is updated more quickly, which results in a shorter propagation time.
If the TTL value is currently 24 hours, this value must also be reduced 24 hours before the effective DNS adjustment, as the adjustment of the TTL value is also subject to DNS propagation.
